Mr. Tochigi has been in commercial real estate since graduating from the University, He joined the Director in 2023 where his core responsibilities included setting up the operation of the Singapore office, strategy planning for the business development and outlining goals and identifying opportunities for the Company. Prior to joining the Director, he was a sales of the Office Navi Japan (Tokyo branch) which was involved in the investment and marketing of commercial real estate, specialized in office space sales and leasing. Mr. Tochigi graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at the Bunkyo University, and he is a licenced real estate agents in Japan.

Mr. Nai has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and specialised in office leasing, He joined the Sales Director in 2024 where his core responsibilities included marketing and leasing for office space, Business Park, serviced office and co-working space. Prior to joining the Sales Director, he was a Director and Key Executive Office of an office space agency for 12 years and Associate Director of other real estate agencies for about 7 years. Mr. Nai holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Real Estate from Birmingham City University (UK). He is a real estate agency licence holder with the Council for Estate Agencies of Singapore.

Ms. Chou joined as the Assistant Manager in 2024. Her responsibilities included conducting market research and analysis, as well as assessing potential properties. This involved on-site evaluations, financial analyses, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives. She is trilingual, fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Prior to joining the Assistant Manager, she had several years of experience in Japan’s real estate and IT industries. Ms. Chou graduated from the Wenzao Ursuline University, with major in English and minor in Japanese languages and she is a licenced real estate agent in Japan.

Ms. Kim joined Office Navi Singapore in August 2025 as an Account Manager, specialising in office leasing across both traditional offices and co-working spaces. She advises growing companies on workspace strategies that optimise costs while maintaining flexibility and scalability. Previously, she was a Sales Manager at The Work Boulevard, where she oversaw three centres and led leasing negotiations and tenant relations. She began her career at Knight Frank, supporting office and industrial market analysis. Known for her responsiveness and relationship-driven approach, she delivers clear market insights and achieves strong negotiation outcomes. Ms. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) with Honours from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Teo joined the company as a Senior Transaction Manager in 2026 and brings with him 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining, he worked with various landlords in Singapore, where he was responsible for office leasing for several Grade A office buildings. He also has extensive experience as a leasing agent, managing the marketing and leasing of a wide range of property types. Mr Teo holds a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) with Honours from National University of Singapore and is a real estate agency licence holder with the Council for Estate Agencies of Singapore.
